Nicole Patterson is a founding partner of Pattersons Insurerbuild, the current Executive and Finance Director and the Head of Operations. Having established the company in 1996 with her husband Stuart, she has played a key role in the growth and success of the company.

Starting with a team of just one employee, Nicole now has a direct reporting line of over 50 team members and is acknowledged for her business mind and capabilities. Possessing outstanding leadership skills, a savvy business mind and strong analytical skills, Nicole is directly responsible for setting and maintaining standards within the organisation. Her dedication, focus and abilities have taken the company forward in a highly competitive market. Her exceptional management skills have seen her successfully handle a number of severe insurance-related catastrophes and her results-orientated approach enables her and her teams to work well and deliver under pressure. Nicole is acknowledged by peers as one of the best operators in the industry.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts as well as Diplomas in Accounting and Finance. She enjoys spending time with Stuart and their three children on the weekends, a glass of red wine andkeeping fit.
